Clean your CSV or Excel file, and see every change before it happens

Reads the file whatever it is
CSV or Excel (.xlsx). Works out the encoding, the separator and which line holds the column names, skips the title lines above the table, and repairs Arabic that turned into symbols.
Knows our data
Saudi mobile numbers, ID and Iqama numbers with their check digit, IBANs, Hijri dates by Umm al-Qura, and city names.
Changes nothing on its own
Every fix is a suggestion shown before and after. Accept it whole, leave out single lines, skip it, or undo it later. A report records what was done.
